What you are buying
CHF Fitness sells physical training equipment and printed guides, downloadable workout programs and nutrition plans, and coaching services. The product page and checkout identify how each item is delivered.
Digital product licence
When you buy a downloadable program or plan, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own training.
- You may download it, print it, and use it yourself for as long as you like.
- You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it to file-sharing sites, or distribute it to other people.
- You may not present our material as your own or use it to coach paying clients without written permission.
Physical products and delivery
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Available delivery options, charges, and estimated timing are shown before you place your order.
Check your address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered.
Coaching and consultations
Consultation sessions are booked for a specific time. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, so the slot can be offered to someone else. Missed sessions without notice are treated as delivered.
Coaching is guidance, not supervision. You remain responsible for how you train and what you eat.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed on each product page and are charged in full at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the site, disrupt it for other people, or scrape it in bulk. We may suspend access if you do.
Limits of our responsibility
Our programs, guides, products, and coaching support your training and education. We cannot guarantee a specific physical result, because results depend on your consistency, health, and circumstances.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, the revised version applies to orders placed after the update. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
